The thrill of the hunt, the battle and finally the conquest are exciting until we wake up the next morning with the sinking realization that we did not gain a thing - instead we gave something away. We left a piece of ourselves on the battlefield.
There never has and never will be anything causal about intimacy.
“The more things change the more they stay the same”

We are taught to believe if we can get that “one last thing” we will finally be happy. Your thing may be money, the perfect career, cars, clothes or even relationships. Even after we get these things we are not satisfied.
There is only one way to feel completely satisfied with who we are and what we have. That is through a real relationship with Christ. An amazing thing happens when you let Christ in..
You find Happiness!

Peter Loth One Man’s Journey From Hell - Part 1
www.forerunnerministries.org
Along the Road takes a journey back 60 years to the beginning of the life of Peter Loth. Born in a concentration camp in Stutthoff, Poland, this first episode of three chronicles his birth, life in a concentration camp, surviving a war torn country, adoption to a polish woman, brutality living in an orphanage and finally a reunion with his birth mother. Traveling all over Europe and the United States Peter has been called to share his story with the nations. He speaks of the atrocities of the Holocaust so we never forget, but more importantly he speaks of forgiveness so we can move forward.
For more information on the Holocaust go to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. You can also help end today’s genocide in Darfur by getting involved with savedarfur.org.

This week we tackle the very important topic of Body Image. Our special guest Kori Hintz is the Executive Director of Renew, an eating disorder recovery organization based in Kansas City. Her web site is www.renewkc.com.
According to statistics, some 80% of women in America struggle with a poor body image. If you or someone you know has an eating disorder this show could help in the road to recovery. For more information check out www.nationaleatingdisorders.org.
This is an mpeg4 download file for the Body Image episode above. Use this file if you would rather watch in full screen from your computer. Be sure to use a recent version of Quicktime.
